1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Swanatronics handles information across this website, Swanatronics Clubs, Swanatronics Desk, Discord integrations, and Labs products where those services are enabled.
Different products handle different kinds of data. Local-first products such as Nest Remote are described separately below because their behaviour is intentionally different from hosted services such as Clubs.
2. Website and technical logs
The public website may generate normal hosting and security logs, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and server errors. These logs are used for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention and reliability.
Swanatronics does not currently use advertising profiles, behavioural advertising, or social-media tracking pixels on the public website.
3. Swanatronics Clubs and Desk accounts
Where Clubs or Desk accounts are enabled, Swanatronics may process account information such as email address, account identifiers, role or permissions, club association, login/session information, support history and settings needed to provide the service.
Club configuration may include club name, EA club identifier, branding, theme settings, enabled modules, public text, subscription state and administrative permissions.
4. Club, match and player data
Clubs may collect and retain club, match and player information made available through supported game or platform data sources. This can include club identifiers, player/platform identifiers, match results, timestamps, appearances, positions and performance statistics.
Some of this information is intentionally displayed on a public Club Hub. Club owners should use the available administration controls responsibly and only publish branding, text and other material they are authorised to use.
5. Discord applications and bots
Swanatronics may process Discord-provided identifiers and configuration required for enabled features, including guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs, command interactions, permissions, configuration and security or moderation records.
Message content is only handled where an enabled feature and the relevant Discord permissions require it. Discord data is not used to build advertising profiles.
Removing a bot stops new activity in that server, although existing configuration, support, security or audit records may remain where reasonably needed for service integrity, abuse prevention or legal obligations.
6. Payments
Where paid subscriptions are offered, payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, currently intended to be Stripe. Swanatronics may receive customer, subscription, invoice, payment-status, refund and transaction metadata needed to operate billing.
Full card details are handled by the payment provider rather than being stored by the Swanatronics website.
7. Support
Support requests may include information you choose to submit, such as product, issue category, severity, summary, reproduction steps, app version, platform/device details and contact information.
Do not send passwords, private keys, passphrases, backup passwords, API tokens, Discord bot tokens or other secrets in support requests.
8. Nest Remote and local-first tools
Nest Remote is designed to keep node settings and saved credentials on the user's device. It connects directly to nodes the user adds and does not intentionally upload node settings, credentials, logs or backups to Swanatronics merely because the app is being used.
Exports and encrypted backups are created by the user. Users control where those files are stored or shared and are responsible for protecting backup passwords and exported material.
9. Cookies and local storage
The public marketing website does not currently use non-essential advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Hosted account areas may use essential session, authentication, security or preference storage where needed to provide the service.
If Swanatronics later adds non-essential analytics or marketing technologies that require consent, this policy and the relevant consent controls will be updated.
10. Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, support, billing, backups, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Retention periods can differ depending on the type of record and whether a club or account remains active.
Swanatronics uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect hosted information, but no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices and rights
Where applicable data-protection law gives you rights over your personal information, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Requests can be made through Swanatronics Support.
Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
12. Third-party services
Swanatronics does not sell personal information. Service providers may process information on Swanatronics’ behalf where needed for hosting, billing, support, security or other service functions.
EA, Discord, Stripe and other third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Swanatronics does not control how those third parties process information within their own services.
This website is not endorsed by or affiliated with EA or its licensors.
