1. Using Swanatronics
These terms apply to Swanatronics websites, Clubs, Desk, Discord integrations and Labs tools where those services are made available. By using a service, you agree to follow these terms and any additional terms shown for that service.
Only connect Swanatronics products to clubs, Discord servers, nodes, domains and systems you own or are authorised to manage.
2. Accounts and administration
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for actions taken through accounts or administrative permissions you control. Do not share credentials or access in a way that creates unauthorised access to another club or service.
Club owners are responsible for choosing who receives administrative access and for removing access that is no longer appropriate.
3. Swanatronics Clubs
Clubs provides hosted club pages, persistent historical data, profiles, statistics, awards, administration and integrations. Features may change as the product develops, and individual modules may depend on third-party data or services.
You are responsible for club names, logos, images, text, custom awards, domains and other material you upload or configure. Only use material you have the right to use.
4. Discord integrations
Server owners and authorised administrators are responsible for adding, permissioning, configuring and removing Swanatronics Discord applications from their servers.
Do not use Swanatronics bots for spam, harassment, malicious automation, unauthorised access, evasion of Discord rules or other activity that violates applicable law or Discord's own terms and policies.
5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Where paid subscriptions are available, the price, billing period, introductory discount (if any) and renewal terms will be shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled unless the checkout terms say otherwise.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access after cancellation, refunds and any cooling-off or statutory rights are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.
6. Third-party platforms and availability
Some Swanatronics features depend on third-party platforms such as EA, Discord, DNS providers or payment processors. Changes, outages, rate limits, permissions or discontinued interfaces outside Swanatronics' control may affect those features.

Swanatronics is also not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Swanatronics for illegal activity, attacks, abuse, harassment, unauthorised access, credential theft, malicious automation, service disruption or attempts to bypass technical or account restrictions.
Swanatronics may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, third parties or the service itself.
8. Labs and development features
Labs, alpha, beta, development and experimental features may change, break or be withdrawn. They should not be treated as the sole control or monitoring mechanism for critical systems unless Swanatronics explicitly states otherwise.
Keep your own backups and verify important administrative actions.
9. Support
Support is provided through the published Swanatronics support routes. Unless a separate written service commitment says otherwise, response times are not guaranteed.
Do not submit secrets such as passwords, private keys, passphrases, API keys or bot tokens in support requests.
10. Service changes and termination
Swanatronics may update features, infrastructure and these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the published terms and, where appropriate, communicated through the service.
Access may be suspended or terminated for serious abuse, non-payment, security risk or material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
11. Liability
Swanatronics does not promise uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or experimental features. To the extent permitted by law, Swanatronics is not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, unauthorised customer actions or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
